Skills Camps are offered every Friday over the summer from 9:00 am – noon.
Ages 5-18 — $45 per camp for members / $50 per camp for non-members
Girls Team Skills Camps
Girls Team Skills Camps are led by ROGA Girls Team Head Coach, Troy. These Skills Camps are designed for Girls Ages 5-18 and USA Gymnastics Level 3-10, Xcel Bronze to Diamond, Intermediate to Advanced Recreational Levels 3-5, and High School Gymnasts. Athletes will work in age and skill appropriate groups.
Every camp starts with a warm-up, stretch and safety review, followed by one hour on each of two events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and/or Floor), and ends with trampoline work, conditioning, and flexibility. The athletes will have time for a quick self-provided snack midway through training.

Boys Team Skills Camps
Boys Team Skills Camps are led by our Boys Team Coaching staff and designed for boys ages 5-18 and USA Gymnastics Levels 3-10, Intermediate to Advanced Recreational, plus Elite.
Each camp will focus on three events (vault, floor, pommel horse, still rings, parallel bars, and/or horizontal bar) plus trampoline. The athletes will have time for a quick self-provided snack midway through training.
Summer Skills Camps are a great way to learn new skills for the upcoming season!
Ninja Skills Camps
Ninja Team Skills Camps are designed for all kids, co-ed, ages 5-18. No prior experience necessary.
Each camp will focus on developing or advancing Ninja skills, building coordination, strength, balance, agility, patience, and fortitude. Our Ninja rig features a salmon wall, warp wall, peg board, climbing wall, climbing net, angled steps, unstable bridges, floating planks, monkey bars, ninja rings, impossichucks, cliff hangers, peg balls, beast balls, hanging cones, floating poles, hanging ladder, single rope hangs, spinning doorknobs, and hanging flares.
