Base Package Pricing
Packages are structured around attendee headcount. Final pricing is calculated on the day of the party based on actual attendance (including the birthday child and participating siblings).

- Additional Guests: $20.00 per additional child beyond the 30-child tier.
- Deposit: A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date.
- ROGA Member Discount: Active ROGA members receive 5% off the total package price.

Party Customization & Setup Guidelines
Standard Party Decor Included
We handle standard party supplies color-coordinated to your child’s favorite theme and colors (choose up to 3 colors):
- Paper plates, napkins, cups, and forks
- Matching tablecloths and theme decorations
- Candles and party room setup/cleanup handled by ROGA staff
Custom Decor & Outside Food Policy
- Outside Food & Catering: You are fully welcome to bring outside food, drinks, and snacks into the party room.
- Piñatas: Welcome! Please inform staff so we can assist with setup.
- Setup Assistance: You are welcome to bring custom banners or centerpieces. Front desk staff will assist you with placement.
- Decor Restrictions: Items must not damage walls or create safety hazards near gymnastics equipment.

Key Safety & Facility Guidelines
Gym Floor Access
For safety compliance, only the parents/guardians of the birthday child are permitted on the gym floor for photos and videos. All adult spectators and guest parents must remain in the viewing area.
Liability Waivers
Every participating child must have a signed ROGA liability waiver on file prior to entering the gym floor. Parents can complete the waiver online prior to arrival or via QR code at check-in.
Party Media & Memories
During gym play and party room celebrations, staff capture fun photos of the event. A private digital view-only album link is shared with the host family after the weekend!
