The ROGA Difference
New 22,000 sq ft facility with standard Olympic apparatuses.
Coaches are dedicated to each athlete as an individual and use creativity in a structured path for success. Coaches use a combination of modern and innovative techniques focused on form, shapes, strength, biomechanics, proven progressions and flexibility.
Preschoolers use equipment specially designed for children under 100 lbs. Kids will be able to get a feel for traditional gymnastics apparatuses in a safe, age appropriate environment. In addition, we use toys and tools such as scarves, rhythm sticks, frisbees and hula hoops that make class fun and engaging for younger students!
