Adaptive Gymnastics

Our Adaptive Gymnastics program provides a supportive, structured environment for athletes with diverse learning, physical, sensory, or developmental needs. Classes focus on building confidence, body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility, and independence through gymnastics-based movement and play.

We believe every athlete deserves a space where they feel safe, successful, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Our experienced coaches use individualized instruction, visual supports, clear routines, and positive reinforcement to meet each athlete where they are.

To ensure safety and individualized attention, Adaptive Gymnastics classes maintain a 5:1 student-to-coach ratio.

Adaptive Gymnastics,
Basics 5+

This 60-minute class is designed for younger athletes or those who benefit from a smaller, quieter environment with additional support. Classes are held in our preschool gym upstairs, which helps minimize distractions, prevent elopement, and create a calm learning space.

Parents, aides, or caretakers are welcome to assist as needed to help athletes feel comfortable and successful. Athletes will work on foundational movement skills, including balance, coordination, strength, and body control, while building confidence and familiarity with the gym environment.

Adaptive Gymnastics,
Pathways 10+

This 60-minute class is designed for older athletes who are ready for increased independence and participation in the main gym. Athletes continue developing gymnastics-based skills while practicing transitions, following group instruction, and navigating a larger gym space. Parents, aides or caretakers are not allowed to assist in the main gym due to USAG regulations.

This class is ideal for athletes who have fewer support needs, are working toward greater independence, or may be exploring future participation in age-appropriate recreational classes.
