At Rochester Gymnastics Academy, we believe coaching is more than teaching skills. It is about mentoring, inspiring, and building strong character in young athletes. Who We Hire:
Youth Staff, Ages 14+
We hire motivated teens to assist with:
• Open Gyms
• Birthday Parties
• Kids Night Out
• Summer Camps
Ideal for students looking for a first job in a fun, active environment.
Recreational Coaches
We are always looking for energetic coaches for:
• Preschool Gymnastics
• Girls Recreational Levels 1–5
• Boys Recreational
• Ninja
• Acrobatics & Tumbling
Experience in coaching, teaching, physical education, or youth programming is preferred. Gymnastics experience is helpful but not required for all roles.
Team Coaches
We are currently seeking experienced coaches for:
• Girls Xcel Program
• USAG Boys Team
• USAG Girls Team
We welcome event specialists, artistic coaches, and experienced team leaders who are passionate about athlete development and long-term programming.
Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
