Acrobatics & Tumbling Basics
Acrobatics & Tumbling Basics is perfect for beginners or athletes new to tumbling. This class introduces fundamental skills using trampoline and floor progressions, helping athletes safely learn body awareness, takeoff and landing mechanics, and basic tumbling skills. No prior experience is required.


Acrobatics & Tumbling Advanced
Acrobatics & Tumbling Advanced is designed for athletes who are ready to build on their foundation and work toward more complex tumbling and acrobatic skills. Athletes continue developing power, control, and consistency while learning higher-level skills at an appropriate pace.
